Rules for attending Catnip events

No Cis Men

The Three Cornerstones of Catnip

Enthusiastic Consent

This rule exists because under patriarchy there is an underlying expectation in us all to perform for the male gaze.

Catnip exists to provide space for people to be free of this expectation.

As such, please leave your cis male partners and friends at home.

While we encourage discussion and free thinking, we will not tolerate prejudice and hatred of anyone including cis men.

Enthusiastic Consent

The Three Cornerstones of Catnip

Enthusiastic Consent

Consent must be given enthusiastically by all who engage in any kind of physical contact or play.

It must be checked regularly during play and can be revoked at any time.

If someone seems unsure, its a no.

This is non-negotiable.

Anyone found to be coercive, pushy or ignorant of what has been consented to may be banned from future Catnip events.
